Terms of Service

Last updated April 19, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and ZipBooking (“we,” “us,” or “our”) covering your access to and use of zipbooking.co and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

ZipBooking provides booking pages that let independent providers publish their availability, accept bookings, and collect payments. We also provide related tools such as reminders, rescheduling, and a booking dashboard.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect paying users.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you publish on your booking page. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activity, to harass or harm others, or to deceive clients about who you are or what you are selling.
  • Offer services that violate applicable law or that our payment processor prohibits.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other accounts.
  • Upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans and fees

We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan. Current pricing is published on our pricing page. By subscribing to Pro you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Free. Unlimited bookings with a per-paid- booking platform fee of 5% + 50¢ (capped at $5). Free services carry no platform fee.
  • Starter and Pro. A fixed monthly (or annual) subscription per page in exchange for waiving the platform fee on paid bookings. Pro adds higher AI quotas and priority support.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by Stripe. You may be required to accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement to receive payouts. Funds collected from your clients are transferred to you (less applicable platform fees, Stripe fees, refunds, and chargebacks) according to your payout schedule with Stripe.

You are solely responsible for delivering the services you sell, for issuing refunds when appropriate, and for any disputes or chargebacks arising from your bookings.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel Pro at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Refund policies for bookings are set by each provider and communicated to their clients. We are not a party to agreements between providers and their clients.

8. Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your booking page. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

The ZipBooking brand, software, and site design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will delete or anonymize your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, the services you provide to your clients, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
